The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 47C(2), 71(3), 73(2) and (3), 74(2), (3) and (4), 75(1) and (2), 75A(2) and (2A), 75B(2) and (3), 75C, 75D(1) and 99(1)1 of the Employment Rights Act 19962.
In accordance with section 236(3)3 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
