The Traffic Signs (Amendment) Regulations 2006

The Secretary of State for Transport makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(1), (2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841.

In accordance with section 134(2) of that Act he has consulted with such representative organisations as he thought fit.
