In this regulation and Schedule 10, “pathfinder authority” means a relevant authority specified in Part 1 of that Schedule.

The provisions of Part 2 of Schedule 10 apply in relation to the area of a pathfinder authority on and after the date specified in Part 1 in relation to that authority.
