For the purposes of paragraph 1 a claimant is entitled to main phase employment and support allowance if—

a

each of the conditions in paragraph 21 is satisfied in relation to the claimant personally F8or the claimant is personally a member of the work-related activity group; or

b

the claimant personally is entitled to a converted employment and support allowanceF4, or would be entitled but for the application of section 1A of the Welfare Reform Act (duration of contributory allowance).

The amount specified in column (2) below in respect of each person specified in column (1) shall, for the relevant period specified in column (1), be the amounts specified for the purposes of regulations 22F6(1)(b) and 23F6(1)(c)—
