SCHEDULE 5 E+W+S Sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings

7.  Any concessionary payment made to compensate for the non-payment of— E+W+S

(a) any payment specified in paragraph 6 or 9;

(b) income support;

(c) an income-based jobseeker's allowance.
