This Order applies to the whole of the districts of Kennet and North Wiltshire except—
a
the entire length of the M4, including its on and off slip roads, within the districts;
b
the entire length of the A419, including its on and off slip roads, within the districts; and
c
all roads over land owned by the Ministry of Defence other than highways within the districts.
