10.  Where a person is not on state pension credit but is awarded housing benefit, the decision notice shall include a statement as to—

(a) the matters set out in paragraph 9; and

(b) his applicable amount and how it is calculated; and

(c) his weekly earnings; and

(d) his weekly income other than earnings.
