[F11A. [F2In paragraph 1 a claimant is entitled to main phase employment and support allowance if he satisfies paragraph 21 of this Schedule.]]
[F2For the purposes of paragraph 1 a claimant is entitled to main phase employment and support allowance if—
(a)paragraph 21 is satisfied in relation to the claimant; or
(b)the claimant is entitled to a converted employment and support allowance[F3, or would be entitled but for the application of section 1A of the Welfare Reform Act (duration of contributory allowance)].]
