SCHEDULE 4 Sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings

8.  Any concessionary payment made to compensate for the non-payment of—

(a) any payment specified in paragraph 7 or 10;

(b) income support;

(c) an income-based jobseeker's allowance.
