SCHEDULE 3 Amounts to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings

21.  Except in a case which falls under paragraph 9 of Schedule 2, where the claimant is a person who satisfies [F1 any of] the conditions of sub-paragraph (2) of that paragraph, any amount of working tax credit up to [F2 £17.10.]
