Amendment of the Social Security Commissioners (Procedure) Regulations 199915
In regulation 33(3) of the Social Security Commissioners (Procedure) Regulations 199982, for “regulation 71(2) to (6) of the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 and regulation 61(2) to (6) of the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992”, substitute “regulation 82(2) to (6) of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, regulation 63(2) to (6) of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006, regulation 68(2) to (6) of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006 and regulation 52(2) to (6) of the Council Tax Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006”.
