SCHEDULE 2 Consequential amendments

Amendment of the Council Tax (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 1993

6.  For sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 (matters to be contained in demand notices) to the Council Tax (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 1993 M1 , substitute—

“(d) the Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006;

(e) the Council Tax Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006.”.
