There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 8.
8.—(1) The Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996 M1 shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph.
(2) In regulation 1(3) (interpretation) M2, in the definition of “housing benefit expenditure”, for “regulation 10(1) of the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987”, substitute “ regulation 12(1) of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 ”.
(3) In regulation 114(3)(b) (diminishing notional capital rule), for “the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987”, substitute “ the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 ”.
(4) In Schedule 2 (housing costs)—
(a)in paragraph 16(2)(a), for “paragraph 5(2) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987”, substitute “ paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 ”;
(b)in paragraph 16(2)(b), for “paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987”, substitute “ paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 ”; and
