Child or qualifying young person in residential accommodation in prescribed circumstances9
For the purposes of section 143(3)(c) of SSCBA and section 139(3)(c) of SSCB(NI)A (absence of child or qualifying young person in residential accommodation), the prescribed circumstances are that the residential accommodation has been provided solely—
a
because of the disability of the child or qualifying young person, or
b
because the child or qualifying young person's health would be likely to be significantly impaired, or further impaired, unless such accommodation were provided.
