Provisions coming into force2
The following provisions of the Sustainable and Secure Buildings Act 2004 shall come into force on 1st February 2006—
a
section 2 (buildings of special historical or architectural interest);
b
section 7 (registers of information and documents to be kept by local authorities), for the purpose only of conferring power to make regulations;
c
section 8 (certification of work); and
d
section 9 (appointed person and management of works).
