The Armed Forces Act 2001 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006 No. 2309 (C. 79)

2.  The following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 2001 shall come into force on 25th August 2006—

(a) section 29 (Custody);

(b) section 30 (Conditional release from custody).
