3. This Order applies to the whole of the borough of Rugby except—
(a)the entire length of the M69, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(b)the entire length of the M6, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(c)the A45, from the western borough boundary to the roundabout at the junction with the M45, including its on and off slip roads;
(d)the entire length of the M45, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(e)the entire length of the A5, including its on and off slip roads within the borough;
(f)the entire length of the A46, including its on and off slip roads within the borough; and
(g)all roads over land owned by the Ministry of Defence other than highways within the borough.
