Amendment of the Social Security (Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979

2.  In regulation 3A of the Social Security (Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979(1) (calculating periods of incapacity for work for welfare to work beneficiaries entitled to an increase of long-term incapacity benefit) for “52 weeks” substitute “104 weeks”.
