The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 65 and 79(3) of, and paragraphs 2(b) and (d), 3(3)(b), 7(1) and (2), 10(3)(c), (5) and (6), and 18(2)(b) of Schedule 4 to, the Health Act 20061:
