Broadcasting Act 1990

2.—(1) Section 183A of the Broadcasting Act 1990 (membership of the Gaelic Media Service)(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (5)(c), for “Bòrd Gàidhlig na h-Alba (the Gaelic Development Agency)” substitute “Bòrd na Gàidhlig”.

(3) In subsection (9), for the definition of “Bòrd Gàidhlig na h-Alba” substitute–

• ““Bòrd na Gàidhlig”means the body of that name established by section 1 of the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005(2)”.

(4) Omit subsections (10) and (11).
