In section 151 of the Railways Act 1993(1) (general interpretation), in subsection (6), for the words from “the Transfer” to the end there is substituted “the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, in their application in relation to a relevant transfer within the meaning of those regulations”.U.K.
