In paragraph 8(1)(c) of Schedule 1 (assessment of resources)—
a
in sub-paragraph (ii), omit “or Schedule 8 paragraphs 4 or 7(2)”;
b
in sub-paragraph (iii), after “section 104” insert “or paragraph 4 or 7(2) of Schedule 8”.
