Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by—
a
section 13 of the Social Security Act 19881 as substituted by the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 20032,
b
section 13 of the Social Security Act 1988 as saved by the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (Savings) Order 20053, and
c
section 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19924.
In accordance with section 13(2) of the Social Security Act 1988 she has consulted with the Scottish Ministers and the National Assembly for Wales5.
