Application of this Order to the Crown75

Subject to such modifications as may be prescribed, Part 1, articles 35, 36 and 40 and Part 4 shall apply to land—
a
an interest in which belongs to Her Majesty in right of the Crown;
b
an interest in which belongs to a government department or the Scottish Administration; or
c
which is held in trust for Her Majesty for the purposes of a government department or the Scottish Administration,
and, for the purposes of this article, “land” includes salmon fisheries.

Except as provided in paragraph (1), this Order shall not apply to the Crown.
