National Lottery

The Big Lottery Fund (Prescribed Expenditure) Order 2006

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(3A) and (3B) and 36B(3) and (4) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993(1).

In accordance with sections 22(3C)(2) and 36B(5) of that Act she has consulted the Big Lottery Fund(3), National Assembly for Wales, Scottish Ministers and the Northern Ireland Department for Culture, Arts and Leisure.

In accordance with section 60(2)(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

1993 c.39; section 22(3A) and (3B) was inserted by section 7(3) of the National Lottery Act 2006 (c. 23) and section 36B was inserted by section 15(2) of that Act.

Section 22(3C) was inserted by section 7(3) of the National Lottery Act 2006.

Established by section 14 of the National Lottery Act 2006.

(4)

Section 60(2) was amended by section 19(8)(a) of the National Lottery Act 2006.
