The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 200129 is amended as follows.

In article 9C(2)30, for “Article 1(1)(a)” substitute “Article 4(1)(a)”.
(3)
In paragraph (g)(iii) of Schedule 3, for “Directive 93/6/EEC” substitute “Directive 2006/49/EC”.
