Specification of functions2
The functions exercisable by the Scottish Ministers under regulations 5(2), 10(4) and 14(2) of the Healthy Start Scheme and Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 20053 are hereby specified for the purposes of section 93(1) of the Scotland Act 1998.
