A person may make written representations against a refusal, condition, amendment, suspension or revocation of an approval, authorisation or certificate to a person appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State.

Any representations must be made within 21 days of receiving notification of the Secretary of State’s decision.

The appointed person must consider the representations and report in writing to the Secretary of State.

The Secretary of State must give to the person making the representations written notification of his final determination and his reasons for it.
