SCHEDULE E+W+S Orders revoked

1.  The Welfare of Animals (Transport) (Electronic Route Plans Pilot Schemes) (England) Order 2000(1) is revoked. E+W+S

2.  The following are revoked in so far as they have effect in England— E+W+S

(a) the Transit of Animals (Road and Rail) Order 1975(2);

(b) the Export of Animals (Protection) Order 1981(3);

(c) the Welfare of Animals (Transport) Order 1997(4);

(d) the Welfare of Animals (Staging Points) Order 1998(5);

(e) the Welfare of Animals (Transport) (Amendment) Order 1999(6).
