Modification of the Insurance Companies (Overseas Life Assurance Business) (Compliance) Regulations 1995

42.—(1) In relation to an overseas life insurance company, the Insurance Companies (Overseas Life Assurance Business) (Compliance) Regulations 1995(1) shall have effect as if they were subject to the following modifications.
(2) In paragraph 2(1), in the definition of “relevant business”, for “branch or agency” substitute “permanent establishment”.
