SCHEDULE 10 U.K. Public register

1.  The producer's name. U.K.

2.  The address of the registered office or, where the producer is not a body corporate registered in the United Kingdom, the address of the principal place of business F1 ... of that producer. U.K.

3.  The producer's EEE producer registration number. U.K.

4.  The name of the scheme that the producer has joined indicating whether that producer has joined the scheme for the purposes of discharging his obligations under regulation 8(1) or 9(1) or both. U.K.

5.  The name of the operator of that scheme and the address of his registered office if he is a body corporate registered in the United Kingdom or, where he is not a body corporate registered in the United Kingdom, the address of his principal place of businessF2 .... U.K.
