SCHEDULE 1 Modifications with which provisions of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 extend to Guernsey

49.  In section 107 (proceedings and enforcement)—

(a) in subsection (1)(a), for “UK” substitute “Guernsey”;

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) for “member of a police force” substitute “police officer”; and

(ii) for “UK” substitute “Guernsey”; and

(c) omit subsection (4).
