Amendment of regulation 60 of the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations

37.  In regulation 60(1) (arrangement for provision of pharmaceutical services by doctors)—

(a) in paragraph (4)(b), omit “in writing”; and

(b) in paragraph (15), omit “in writing”.
