Consequential repeals7
Section 1295 of, and Schedule 16 to, the Companies Act 2006 (repeals) come into force—
a
on 1st January 2007 so far as relating to the repeal of the provisions specified in Schedule 2;
b
on 20th January 2007 so far as relating to the repeal of the provisions specified in Schedule 3; and
c
on 6th April 2007 so far as relating to the repeal of the provisions specified in Schedule 4.
