Citation, commencement and interpretation U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Registrar, Languages and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st January 2007.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the 1985 Act” means the Companies Act 1985 M1 ,

“the 1986 Order” means the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 M2 , and

“the 2006 Act” means the Companies Act 2006.
