10. In section 21(1) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996(1) (circumstances in which an appeal on a question of law lies to the Employment Appeal Tribunal from an employment tribunal)—
(a)omit the word “or” at the end of paragraph (p); and
(b)after paragraph (q) insert—
“, or
the Schedule to the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Consultation by Employers and Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2006.”.
