This Order amends the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 so as to add—to the list of qualifying judicial offices for the purposes of Part I of that Act that of coroner appointed under section 2(1) of the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959; andto the list of qualifying judicial offices for the purposes of section 26(1) of that Act those of coroner appointed under section 2(1) of the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959 and deputy coroner appointed under section 2(1) of the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959.
