These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Republic of Ireland Schemes Exemption (Revocation) and Tax Exempt Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments)) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 20th March 2006, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3).

Regulations 2, 3 and 6 to 8 shall come into force on 30th March 2006.

Regulation 10 shall come into force on 6th April 2006.

Regulation 4 and this regulation in so far as it applies to regulation 4 extend to Northern Ireland.
