1.  In relation to procedures for the award of a public services contract, the following are the appropriate professional or trade registers for the purposes of regulation 23(4)(j)—E+W+N.I.

  • in Austria, the Firmenbuch, the Gewerberegister or the Mitgliederverzeichnisse der Landeskammern;

  • in Belgium, the Registre du commerce/Handelsregister and the Ordres Professionels/Beroepsorden;

  • in Bulgaria, the Търговски регистър

  • in the Czech Republic, the obchodní rejstřík;

  • in Denmark, the Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen;

  • in Estonia, the Keskäriregister;

  • in Finland, the Kaupparekisteri and Handelsregistret;
