2. In regulation 8 of the Schools Forums (England) Regulations 2002 M1, for the words from “either” to the end of the regulation there shall be substituted— “ “the estimated value of the proposed contract is not less than the threshold which applies to the relevant authority for that proposed contract pursuant to regulation 8 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006. ”.
