Section 360 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 M3 (interpretation of sections 353 to 359) shall be amended as follows.

in a case where the authority is required in the awarding of that contract to comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, a notice in respect of that contract sent to the Official Journal of the European Union in compliance with regulation 11: or

in a case where the authority is required in the awarding of that contract to comply with the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006, a notice in respect of that contract sent to the Official Journal of the European Union in compliance with regulation 15.
