Regulation 26 (applications for theory tests: applicants in person) is amended as follows.

For paragraph (1)(c) omit from “in the case of an application” to “day of the test and”.

In paragraph (3), for “regulation 27 or 28” substitute “regulation 27, 28 or 28A”.
