Assistance and Support

5.  In Section 28Y of the Act(1) (assistance and support), subsection (1) shall apply as if, after paragraph (b), there were inserted the following paragraph—

“(c) any person providing local pharmaceutical services under LPS arrangements or an LPS scheme.”.
