(a)in paragraph (1), for “1 to 5 and 7”, substitute “1 to 5, 7 and 12”.
(b)in paragraph (2), for “1, 2, 5, 6, 8 and 9”, substitute “1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13”.
(2) In Schedule 8 (performance indicators for waste and cleanliness) after indicator 9 add—
