Performance indicators for planning

9.—(1) In article 15—

(a) in paragraph (3), for “1, 2 and 4 to 6”, substitute “1, 2 and 4 to 7”.

(b) in paragraph (4), for “2 and 4”, substitute “2, 4 and 7”.

(2) In Schedule 13 (performance indicators for planning) after indicator 6 add—

“7	The level of satisfaction of applicants with the authority’s planning services.”
