The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Amendment Regulations 2006

Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 108(2), 109(2), 122(1) and 175(1) to (4) of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921.

The Secretary of State is satisfied of the matters referred to in section 108(2)(a) and (b) of that Act.

In accordance with sections 171 and 172(2) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922, reference has been made to the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council.
