For sub-paragraph (b) of regulation 8(2) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 200536(funeral payments: supplementary) substitute—

“(b)

a qualifying young person within the meaning of section 142 of the Act (child and qualifying young person)37;”.
