Article 3(1)

PART IGROUPING OF MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES ACCORDING TO RANK OR STATUS

1

In this Schedule—

a

references to a Group shall be construed as references to those members of the armed forces who held the rank or status listed under that Group; and

b

the amount of any award in respect of that Group is the amount shown in the following Parts of this Schedule against that Group.
