2. In both section 11 of the Act(1) and section 11 of the Northern Ireland Act(2) (Class 2 contributions) in subsection (4) (small earnings exception) for “£4,345” substitute “£4,465”.
Section 11 was amended by paragraph 12 of Schedule 3 to the Transfer Act. The figure in subsection (4) was last substituted by article 2 (b) of S.I. 2005/878.
