Provision to disapply section 52(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

2.  Subsection (1) of section 52 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (payments for recycling and disposal etc of waste) is disapplied in relation to an authority established under regulation 2(1) of the Waste Regulation and Disposal (Authorities) Order 1985(1) and named in Schedule 1 to that Order.
